Every month we’ll be sharing with you our favorite recipes from the islands of the Aegean, our own neighborhood! 

Our recipes-of-the-month are based on traditional Aegean cuisine recipes. They employ to the fullest and also show to best advantage culinary ingredients in season: grains, legumes, vegetables, greens, fresh or dried fruit, aromatic herbs, spices, olive oil, fish, meat, and dairy produce. All are accompanied by wine or herbal infusions.
